Hi, I’m Allie — a 54-year-old disabled, neurodivergent woman navigating life with fibromyalgia, MCAS, hypermobility, and a long history of being let down by systems and people alike. I’m also a thyroid cancer survivor, a solo parent, and someone who’s had to fight — hard — for every scrap of peace, justice, and dignity. This blog is my space to tell the truth: about trauma, healing, disability, injustice, survival, and everything in between. I’m not here to perform perfection — I’m here to be real.
